On long lead time spares manufacture with order coverage, Harmon hold stock and manage a
min / max stock holding.
This has been very successful with Airbus on high value long lead time components.
We will manage stock, and once it gets to minimum levels, we will put batches into production, ensuring quick deliveries on spares stock.
